At McDavid, we are committed to your peak performance and offer a 30-day return policy on all gear in original, unused condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide a streamlined process for returns and size exchanges.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
